Emergence

Extensible, Reused, Re-factored, Re-appropriated, Hijacked

Contaminate, Corrupt, Desecrate, Mutate, Profane, Taint, Tarnish.

Life seems without qualms to re-appropriate pieces for completely different tasks.

Pragmatic.
